Default Is the Over 1.5 -130 in the FLA/PIT game a safe bet?

I really like the over here in the 1st period as I can see at least 3 goals being scored and I only need 2 for the over.I'm thinking about putting $117 to win $90 on the over 1.5 -130.So what do you guys think?

Fla has scored 3 goals in every game but one this year. That was 2 goals
If ya like Pitt they will probby need 4 to beat Fla by 2
For this reason I took Pitt TT over 3.5 +120

1st period bets are sucker bets. I bet you there will be no goals in 1st period and then 5 goals on 2nd. It always ends up like this.

I don't get much into NHL early season with football so prevalent, but best of luck to you and thanks for sharing.

2-0 Florida still in 1st. I bet the over but reading Pavy's post made me think. I think I will lay off on 1st period bets because I sure as hell lost a lot especially over/unders.

I got lucky I admit it,but you need luck to win always. This taught me a lesson to stay away from first period bets or bet small or not at all.I'm just glad I won instead of lost to learn this lesson for myself.

If you cap it and you really like it, play it. If you just look at a number and make a split decision bet stay away.

I don't cap so I need to stay away.
