    Default Detroit sucks? or Buffulo good?

    wow detroit looks like crap and buffalo looks really good . you guys think this trend will hold?

    Buffalo has a pretty good team, so does Detroit, it's just that Osgood sucks.

    Detroit looks a little hungover from last years playoffs. Franzen being out doesn't help either. Yes, Osgood does suck.

    Buffalo is ok, decent group of forwards, good goal tending, defense is a bunch of guys that are mediocre at best.

    Fade Detroit in games vs mediocre teams and pound them vs top teams, they always get very motivated vs the best and get a little sloppy and lazy against the others.

    Exactly. And let's be honest, who expects Connolly to actually be around at the All-Star break? Without him in the lineup, this team becomes really, really mediocre. Also, rumour is Vanek is out a couple of weeks.
