Thank you Unitage, I had not checked that one (yet). I agree with you that -300 is not the best situation for a first preseason game wager but I hope they cash it. Please shop for a better line.

Looking at the lineups, I chuckled when I saw Jason Allison. He hasn't played in three years in any capacity. I always thought he was underrated overall, makes me think of those late 90's Bruins teams that had an incredibly deep set of forwards, but never won anything.

burke is not done yet. he still has kaberle to get rid off. if he can get a playmaker it will only benefit kessels production. kessel was in juliens doghouse last year for not playing defense enough. all he will be asked this year is to light up the lamp. a good start and this team will be battling for one of the last spots.

dont forget that Kessel isn't expected to return until November after offseason shoulder surgery. so a good start without Kessel is very important.
