    Default Best Book For NHL.

Not sure if the lines are that different, I only used Bet365 last season and am only now signed up with multiple places. Do any of you have a preference to bet NHL with one book? Thanks.

matchbook has the lowest juice best prices. no parlays, etc. though.

When the season starts you should look in to Ladbrokes.. Last season they offered a "no losers in shootout", meaning that if your team loses a penalty shootout they will give you back your stake as a free bet. Similarly they do/have done it for MLB and NFL.

I would agree that Matchbook is better in regards to juice. But if you get just one decent-sized free bet because of a penalty shootout you will be better off with Ladbrokes. No need to worry about paying deposit fees either every time you bust out as deposits by most methods are free.

I have no idea if any of these offers are on or will be on.. but definitely worth looking in to.

5dimes offers plus 1.5 lines on the favourite and the also half goal teaser on the total, you can wager on sixty minutes only , not sure what the limits are , but i don't think you get more variety

Does Pinnacle Sports have overnight lines for hockey?

Does any books have alternate lines? Such as the Fav getting +1.5?

    Thanks

Try www.sportsbetting.com They still let you correlate parlays and give good signup and reload bonuses and run alot of contests.I have nothing but good things to say about them and they even made a couple mistakes adding more money to my account on bonuses and they took the hit saying it's my money.Fast payouts and they even gave me courier service for free on the first two payouts I received from them so far.

I remember 5dimes having the most betting options, by far...

Pinny has the higest limits with low juice, although they dont have much in terms of alternate lines. Bookmaker/Greek are usually the first to post lines, but juice is not worth it there.

Stay away from Sportsbetting.com, they have payout issues.

as rich boy says if your looking for tonnns of options that are all parlayable 5dimes is the best book, they also have reduced juice but its still not the lowest prices you can find.
Pinnacle for non US of course, and matchbook has great odds.

I would have to go with matchbook, last season they had pretty decent volume... some small market games have lower volume but you can easily bet 300-500 on most games and get offers matched

Pinnacle does not offer Alternative lines
Matchbook does not offer live NHL betting.
Puckline betting was dicey on Matchbook last year. Not a ton of volume on them, and any volume there was came right near game time.

for moneylines and totals, it would have to be matchbook

Matchbook for best lines. So I'll sign up there.
5Dimes for alternate lines. So that's a must have for me.
Pinnacle does not offer alternate lines, but is still a solid NHL book?

I cashed out of Bet365 and am currently cashing out of BetJamaica, as it doesn't seem to be on anyone's top NHL book list.

How many books do you guys feel is adequate for NHL line shopping? I find they don't change much from book to book.

5dimes, 5dimes , 5dimes, bet 365 has lots of props if you can use them

DCSC is solid. For Canadian gamblers includes OHL lines.

What makes it solid? I don't see it offering alternate lines, it doesn't appear to have better odds than other books, and the layout is a bit rough around the edges. Am I missing something?

Pucker, I'm very familiar with DCSC and the parent company "PlatinumSB" as they have ALOT of presence here in the Toronto gambling community.

Initially I wasn't impressed with the D rating given by SBR but then realized that books that don't advertise here or give kickbacks to SBR probably aren't going to get a good rating.

I personally know some big bettors that play on credit with Platinum, one guy in particular that wins/loses 50K in a week and isn't worried about getting paid.

I found out about them by word of mouth at Woodbine racetrack here in Toronto, apparently they are connected to a big bookie from the area.

I like them because they offer low juice and nice bonuses but the topper is the fact they give 8% rebates on Woodbine and Mohawk horse racing wagers and pay FULL track odds on gimmick bets (win4, pick3 etc), they will take a $20000 bet on Woodbine horse racing (not that I bet that much - but its nice to see they aren't afraid of taking a bet) when CRIS/Greek/Pinnacle etc wont take a wager that big on Woodbine horses.

I wouldn't worry about DCSC. They are fine.

    Puckoff:

When I have something good to say about Greek/DSI/Carib etc in a thread nothing happens to it, but when I say something good about DSCS the thread ends up in the "promotions" section of SBR.

Not hard to figure out whats going on, and I understand SBR knows who butters its bread, and it isn't DCSC or PlatinumSB.
