I think I shall pick the Over 36 tonight for the grand salami. I see some highscoring games coming.

    As I see it:

    NJD @ PIT (-145)
    - The Devils have been floundering on the road, unable to score goals recently and going 1-6 in their last 7 games, while PIT has been strong, going 5-2 on the current homestand.

    STL (+150) @ CHI, UNDER 5.5 (-110)
    - I feel like STL is in a good spot right here to continue their solid run. CHI is only 4-13 in division games, and Chris Mason has shut the Hawks out in his last two games against them.

    PHO (-110) @ COL
    - COL has been outscored 23-6 in their last 5 home games, and are 2-8 in their last 10 overall. PHO sends Al Montoya out for his NHL debut tonight, with a good chance for his first NHL win. PHO will come out strong tonight.

Interestingly enough, I think the Islanders are the strongest of the three... ha. The Sabres are going to have a hard time in Atlanta tonight.

Yup. However, PIT was the easiest call of the three. PHO/COL will be the critical game I think... The offensively challenged teams have a way of stepping up at just the wrong moment.

The Islanders are one of those teams I (almost) never bet on or against. They're capable of play far above what you would typically expect, but it's so unpredictable... The one exception is NYI +1.5, which they have a pretty good track record in covering. I can't find a record of their lines from this season anywhere... but on SBR, they're shown as only failing to cover the spread 4 times this year (all games they were favoured). I feel like they must have had the +1.5 several times this season.

of course, as soon as i say that the caps put in an empty netter to ice the game...

    your welcome.
i found an easier way to make money. just bet the opposite of whatever i like. its a proven way to win.

flyers i think are trying to lose themselves out of the playoff race. so for thier sake, i'll stop betting them

seems like they were actually going to get a decent seed.
then they lose to 3 garbage teams.

i wish that they would either find some dumb team to trade brierre or that he would just drop dead.
