This is my first thread, so I hope you will have a little patience with me. Thanks in advance.

There will be two level of plays, Un Official and Official. These plays are based on a 3 game chase. I do not rate these plays as 1-5 units or stars, but as a % of Starting Bankroll. I use several different systems to arrive at these plays, so sometimes we will have two systems with picks on the same team and sometimes, but very rare we have plays on opposite teams. I will explain these a little better as each situation comes up.

In the NHL we bet Money Line on favorites and we buy the +1 1/2 Puck Line on underdogs.

In the NBA we buy 2 points on a Tier 3 play if they would not have covered the spread with the additional 2 points in either of the previous 2 Tiers.

As with most progressive chases, Tier 2 or 3, in case of a loss, will require to win back any losses and make your % Profit. But where we differ is, sometimes when we can we will spread a % of previous Tier 1 or Tier 2 losses to other lower tier plays to lower our risk and to keep from having large % of our bankrolls on one play. (This is my form of a Labby.)

The Plays and the % per play are always the same for everyone. The only variable is the size of the Bankroll.

If you have a $1,000 Bankroll your 3% is $30. If you have a $10,000 Bankroll your 3% is $300.

I base the % of each bet in the NHL on the following ratios based on odds.

Below is the Guideline we will use for Un Official Plays.

-105 to -169......2% of Bankroll

-170 to -234...1.5% of Bankroll

-235 or above...1% of Bankroll


Below is the Guideline we will use for Official Plays.

-105 to -144......3% of Bankroll

-145 to -184...2.5% of Bankroll

-185 to -224......2% of Bankroll

-225 to -264...1.5% of Bankroll

-265 or above...1% of Bankroll

When we have multiple plays at the same time there are several ways to play them. Whether you choose to play 1, 2, or more it's always best to spread the risk among the plays. Always remember any losing skipped plays can be picked up on Tier 2. It's a good rule to never have more than 5-8% at risk at any one time. *Sometimes this can not be avoided. It's a marathon not a race.

I've had good success with these plays so far this season. I have no way to prove the numbers so to be honest and fair I will start the record keeping with today's plays.

I've tried to make this as clear as I could, but if you have any questions I will try my best to answer all of them.

How long have you been making picks? I currently follow SB Professor and have had decent luck until the last 2 weeks so I understand the chase. But just to clarify you will have 2 or 3 "chases" going on at once?

Sometimes we will have as many as 5 going on at same time.Sometimes none going. But most of times we only have 1 or 2.

One way I like to deal with this problem is to have several smaller Bankrolls. Example: 1 for Un Official NHL Plays, 1 for Official NHL Plays, 1 for Un Official NBA Plays, and 1 for Official NBA Plays. Hope this helps out. Another advantage to this way is you never have your entire Bankroll in action.

We have no Un Official or Official Plays for tonight.

We are up 28.5% here with our NHL Plays. Not a bad start in just 12 nights.

We also go into the NBA ALL STAR break +12.5% with our NBA Plays since we debuted our picks on 02/12/12 . A combined record of +41%.

The Road may seem long if you are new, but 2 to 3 years will produce amazing results.

Stick to the same % per play according to the odds for the entire season unless we take a loss, in which case we will increase our percentages.

Hopefully that email will never come, but the chance of a loss is always there.

Great rule of thumb is to make sure you don't lose more than 50% Bankroll on any one set (that's Tiers 1 thru 3).

Very Important:
Never increase your wager, unless we take a loss. Because you can wipe out big profits with the thought that we never lose.
