    Nice to see u back

My pick to win it all are the pens (if crosby and malkin are healthy) otherwise the nucks.
Dog that might win it all, the Sabres.

Welcome back Good idea to keep track of units this year rather than just overall record. You'll get more respect around here with total unit records

Well yOur previous season record looks great. gl to a money making season! What kind of strategy do you use, ML favorites? And are you betting on preseason? If not, good lol..I don't believe in it. I'll be tailing you, cheers

    GL Viper!

Yes, keeping record as units is always much better. Since hockey is a moneyline sport, wining percentage can be meaningless. You can eveluate your performance better if you keep your record in units. GL!

I do take a lot of favs but I keep the juice low and look for the best lines across my many books....

Im not taking the -200 to -300 favourites every night and boasting a 70% winning %...........

Ill have some favs -115 ish or around there, Ill have some dogs +120 +130... I don't know I just pick shit in the spots I like... and I win a lot.

And to answer one of your questions, I'm not playing preseason...

Correct, as new owner Pegula has stated the goal of the team is to not win a Stanley Cup....

The goal is to win multiple Stanley Cups....

You're Bruins better watch out cause they might not even win the division this year

Hey Viper, with the title of your thread this year I'm assuming you were up in units last year off of hockey ? Are you able to guesstimate perhaps how many units you might have won last year in hockey ?

Best of Luck this year....Nail them Books !

I've never bet on nhl before so please excuse my stupidity but wat are the lines like in nhl? Are they like baseball where u mainly bet on the moneyline where the lines are -150 or -200 or something similar to that?

I'm not gonna give you -200 favs on a night basis

It's not gonna be perfect like NFL getting -105 to -115.... But I won't go juice galore. My main focus is winners.... Alittle juice or not..... But no stupid stupid crazy favorites -300 or some shit. If that's the case play the heavy favourites -0.5(regulation)

I've never bet hockey before as its not real big here in South GA but I know there is money to be made. I hope I can get some great picks from the knowledgeable NHL cappers on this site. I will def be following you this season.

Yes in the right spots.... they are tough to get but i really love those +150 - +200 type odds... when you nail them it accounts to the equivalent of 2 losses

Does everyone want this as my season thread, or should I create a new one with a fancy Bold ALL CAPS title like every other "capper" on this forum.

I think it would be easier just to make this thread your season thread.
