A tough matchup in the 1st round, but I guess that makes it more fun.

Don't even get me started about that game last night. A classic example of a good coach somehow being too over-confident. When you're up 20, you try to push that lead to 30 or at least maintain the 20. Under no circumstances should Jacque Vaughn and Robert Horry been in the game in the 3rd quarter. Sorry to hear about the surfing tourney. Definitely want to learn to do that eventually... Not sure if I'm going to pick another play today, as is. I'm on the fence between 3 MLB games but the fact that I can't pull the trigger on any of them is a little bit of a red flag. A little more studying necessary for now. Good luck CP.

I didn't want to touch that Spurs/Lakers game tonight, though I'm leaning Lakers +5 (maybe even ML for sheer value) for actual wagering (NOT THIS CONTEST). Also on Boston -1.5 (+150) as they try to avoid being swept by the A's. Manny hits Blanton hard and I see Lester coming out strong following his no-no. That said, he threw 130+ pitches and that means we could see the Sox pen fairly early. If that's the case, I certainly don't want my tourney fate wrapped up with them in a close game.

Marlins game was nutty, but that was a good play. Getting Contreras tonight at +2xx is absolutely fantastic value.

As for tonight, we're in the process of moving to Austin, so doing some family farewell stuff tonight. Hoping there's a game 6 (in which case, we'd be there) but I don't think it's going to happen. I'm also on LA +5.5 and may place a half-unit on LA ML. Can't figure out the total, though I think 1H Over is a play for me. I see LA coming out in "put 'em away" mode early, with Kobe in full attack mode. Whether or not the Spurs hold on in the end remains to be seen.
