    playing bad and running bad the past few months. I think it directly correlates to me being a lazy fukk the past few months and stopped exercising and eating healthy. Time to turn over a new leaf

    no better time than now, mitch..I went to the gym this morning it's nice to feel the soreness start to creep...going back tomorrow and am going to start going 3 or 4 times a week like I used to.

    I went for a run today first time in a long time. Needless to say I did run as much as a sucked wind and walked it was nice though haven't been to the beach in a while and my dog had a blast. good stuff
