Won't even let me join. I talked to Murphy from Heritage and they said it's on SBR's end i contaced SBR and they wrote me back saying use the banner on the SBR page, that is exactly what i have done 8 times now. Still nothing.

bcat go to live help, worked for me, they said i had an account on sister site , then i said i needed a heritage account to play the sbr contest, then they let me create account

So...I went to register with Heritage as required by the contest. I got a message after registering to call them to finish sign up. I had not called yet but got a phone message from someone at Heritage telling me they were an "invitation only" sportsbook, that he doesn't know how I heard about them (even though I put SBR in the "How did you hear about us" box) and that was "the deal and to take care".

I don't know what's going on with customer service either here or over there but to tell us to go sign up for a book only to be told by the book that we are not welcome because it is "invitation only" is ridiculous.

I registered for the constest with my SBR username to register the complaint there as well. But this is very very poor CS on someone's part.
