sam, thanks for starting the tourney. you take a breather and take a dayoff if needed and try to map out a plan on how to set everything right.
It will not do any good if people out of nowhere will suggest a thing or two on how to solve your problems. Its best to figure it out by yourself then ask opinion of someone you trust and values their opinion.

on the fun side, nonsense/ chuck should be seeded higher than me, , i think he picks just to many games at a time, but if thats how he does it for years, to each his own method.

nice for diogee to continue, he will have fits with some of the stubborness of his contestants, guys dont like to read and follow rules. like posting official plays, following official lines. but i thinl its because players likes to win this tourney or gets to play as long as they can. and secondly, they got so used buying points and following the odds of their books

that's right, I set this up, I spend like 3 weeks setting this up, I made the bracket, I made the threads, I've done this for like 5 days, now I have issues in my life, so I can't run this tourney....my bad.

I wasn't saying you didn't do anything. What I meant was, why are you being so defensive about the whole thing considering you DID take all this time to set it up for everyone and then aren't following through? Just because people thank diogee doesn't mean they don't appreciate what you did.

great job setting this up.... it didn't end up being a shrine to you and it looks like you might not get to the 2nd round. Sam I was you woulda continued to "do work" and followed through on what you started.... I would have praised you quite a bit.

Hope you get things sorted out, don't fret too much about losing streaks. did you really expect to hit over 60% all the time. People don't do that, its not possible over a long period of time. You were due for some regression to the mean.

Sam, don't let losing games, or gambling in general, forums, NBA, ect get ya down.... you are in college and can have the time of your life, while you set yourself up for your future.

I just get worried when people get started so young, and get hot. don't throw all the potential college fun and adventures out, just to do contests here.

i wasn't madd at anyone here, I was madd at my parents, it didn't help I was losing, but almost havig to pay for college in full myself can get at you.

the high points of life stress and the high points of a bad losing streak don't mix very well. and somthing has to give... just be careful, that's why you can never let gambling be more then a recreation/fun thing. lately i've only been betting 2-3 nights a week... because for me Feb is always a tough month for work, and life in general.

that would be rough, finding out all the sudden you got to pay for somthing you thought was free....


keep things in perspective...

remember you are lucky to have parents I work with alot of kids that have none. about 80% of kids here never have met or rarely see their "father"

My parents couldn't afford college, I worked before it, during it, and after it to pay it all off. you are blessed and in the top 1% of the world just for being in college. Make the most of it man.
