So...anyone know exactly what am I looking at here? Are these numbers the closing line at Pinnacle? Meaning we can assume 8c of vig on the totals, and 10c on the ML (except for big favs)?

Yes to Pinnacle, but vig is 8c on SIDES and 10c on Totals.
