I would have thought the people who run most of these places have higher moral standards than this, but I guess not.

What about all the books that had lines on the Little League World Series? Those books far outnumbered that that take High School football.

Ha Ha. I LOVE HS football and am glad now that games are getting national recognition. My boys (Cincy Moeller) have been on once so far this year. I've been giving out lines to my friends for years on friendly wagers (sundae's, wings, etc). Dude that recommended maxpreps was on the mark. For a really, really good guess, check out this link...
