yes, you can use the bonus to bet with and it stays in your account but you can never withdraw it.

You have to lose it. Bet the side you think wins elsewhere, and the loser side at the sticky place.

Robusto/Busto. You can do it in a similar fashion to a casino bonus to a sticky bonus. Actually almost the exact same fashion.

You can also try to arb it out and hope to lose, but this is much lower EV and dependent on getting whole amount on an arb.

Put it on the largest good dog price you can find, it is similiar to using a freeplay. And bet the favorite elsewhere.
