Default Can we get a fukkin IQ test in here?

I don't know whether some of the newer mods are moving some of these threads in here or whether there has been some sort of massive spillover into this forum but the threads in the Think Tank lately are rivalling Players Talk in intelligence. Make it stop! Arghhhh!

I would agree with that assessment.

One of the problems is JJ and the crew push topics down so fast in Player's Talk, life spans there are very short for beginner/intermediate topics of TT nature. There should probably be another more advanced forum dedicated to the "heavier" topics and their advanced math, computer programming, and Bayesian references.

When you click any think tank link, there should be a popup algebra, statistics, or sportsbetting question that uses one or both. Answer correctly to enter, miss twice you are locked out for 72 hours and a link to more info on these subjects appears...

...yeah, and we'll keep a record on you so we can construct a Bayesian Prior on your "win% getting into the Tank"...

Why make the think tank have such a narrow scope? There's hardly any threads here anyway. There's only so much that needs to be said about Kelly, arbs and computer problems. It's not like there's ongoing discussions here of revolutionary methods. If somebody has a question or idea, no matter how ridiculous it may sound, where's the problem?
Now if Pecos Bill comes in here and talks about exterminating the ill, that doesn't belong.

Just personal opinion but mods need to consolidate threads faster (or maybe there just are not enough mods for the workload).

When Sanchez had the perfect game going I gave everyone a heads up in reference to this and like clockwork there were 3 people who posted another Sanchez thread without bothering to look and see if someone had already posted one.

Way too many threads on this site. SBR is a great forum but if a guy farts really loud and he starts a thread announcing such, no mods are there to shut it down.

Tell us again about how it's reasonable to expect a 33% ROI at -110.

It should be noted that my post about the 33% ROI was to Cocknocker, whose post appears to have been deleted.

Not deleted, moved like a few more in this thread should be. This is not Players Talk. If a name-calling, insult-hurling back-&-forth ensues, report it.

I've taken regular IQ tests, but never a "fukkin IQ test". Is it scored by orifice? Alex, I'll take vagina for $1000 please.
