    No Listed Pitchers Option - EV effects

    Lots of euro books out there do not have the traditional option for "listed pitchers must start for action".

    Does the slim chance of a pitching change effect our ev calcs? Since these books will likely give a -ev line in the even of a pitching change I figure they have to be taking something out of my pocket.
