    Default Question about Excel

    Is there a way that you can create an Excel file and upload it to the web so that others can access it, make changes to it and those changes are saved right there on the spot and can be seen immediately by other users?

    I am not talking about downloading a file to your hard drive, saving and re-uploading it, too many steps.

    Google Docs is pretty nice. Not sure if it completely what you're looking for, but always liked using it for collaborations.

    DropBox is very good as you can control who sees your file as only people you invite (via email address) can have access to your file...
