Default Correlation between the spread and props in NBA

For tonight's game between Miami Heat and Atlanta Hawks, the line changed from PK to Hawks -3.5 to -4. But I notice the props for which team will score the first 20 points did not change for some books. They still have Miami -135 to get to 20 points first, and -105 for the Hawks. Intuitively, the spread and the prop on which team will score the first 20 points are correlated. The correlation should get stronger as the number points get bigger. I don't have the data on how strongly correlated they are. What do you guys think? How strongly would you play this? Thanks for the insight.

    Great question.

Now what data would you need to answer this question?

Now that you've answered the above question, it is a matter of knowing what you're doing in your statistical program of choice (Excel, etc.)

Many opportunities with props, lower limits though.
