Momentum and 2nd halves
How important is momentum and how do you factor it into the 2nd half? What makes me ask this is this week in College football it seems like almost every huge underdog that played well the 1st half, played with the same toughness in the 2nd half.

Re momentum.
1) I have no idea how you would measure it and 2) It can change with one play |
