Anyone know the formula used to convert spreads to money lines in the NBA? I know there is a calculator on this site but I'm looking for some kind of a formula to plug into excel...thanks.

Yeah, after researching a bit I saw there isn't really a nice and easy formula to slip in and convert the lines. Seems strange to me, in the NBA I would think every point is valued roughly the same...guess not.
