That s 100% correct. What we find is that it is mostly women who are already beautiful who get plastic surgery. This isn't solely based on insecurity, but by being so beautiful, it's the only thing that these women know. If there is one imperfection, it needs to be fixed to try to look perfect. Less good looking women don't usually go for surgery because they have learned to live with being 'imperfect'.
