The very simple and true explanation of why Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech was because Swift is white and Beyonce is black and he was upset that Swift won the award over Beyonce.
Kanye West is a racist, piece of trash (always has been and always will be).
On the other hand, Beyonce Knowles is a class act and did the right thing calling Swift up and giving her the time to finish her acceptance speech.
Unfortunately, racist loud mouths like Kanye West fuel the race fires and all but guarantees there will continue to be racial division in our country for a long time to come. To be fair, there are plenty of whites out there as well (most of them waiving confederate flags) adding fuel to the fire but very few if any of them are well known celebrities.

Creole is a culture NOT a race.
However, I will certainly admit she doesn't act black in any way and her classy behavior towards Taylor Swift wasn't surprising to me at all.
As I said earlier, she has always been a class act and I understand why she doesn't like people referring to her as black.
