Over $18 mil +134
Under $18 mil-150

i think his ali g movie bombed but that was like 4 years ago and he is more well known

Warning on Borat. It's only opening at 800 sites. That's very small compared to a typical Hollywood movie. For example, Santa Claus 3 is opening at 3450 sites. I'm not sure it'll go over anymore.

I can't believe they even made this movie. And it's showing in 3450 theaters
Borat's moved to $12 mil over -130. I've got alot riding on the over. I hope this hits.

I played it small. When I found out about the limited screens I backed away alittle bit.

I really really wanted to lay on the Borat over 12m line when it opened, but then it dropped to 11m and I got scared away. Now it's at 13m -150!!
Every single review has been fantastic, and I personally think it's going to be hillarious. The reason I layed off is because it is opening on a small number of screens, it's rated R, and I think the majority of its money is going to be made overseas and on DVD. Europeans eat up media that make fun of stupid americans, and college kids are going to buy this DVD.

I heard this morning on the radio that Borat is opening on 1100 screens. I am going to see it tonight with 2 friends. I have been a fan of the show ever since the first season and the amount of buzz this movie is getting is incredible. Judging by the amount of media its getting and the number of videos about Borat on youtube I would think the over is a good bet.

This is fascinating, I had no idea you could wager on these. Who carries this action?

borat is estimated at $9,050,000 so far so the over looks to have a good chance

That $9 mil estimate was for Friday alone so yeah I'd say it has a good chance.
Flushed Away & The Santa Claus 3 are both looking to head under.
