Terminator franchise is what got me interested in the movies in the first place. The first was a suspenseful cyberpunk thriller, and the second became my favorite movie of all time. The third fell short of intelligence but still solid nonetheless, and the TV series was a good addition to the franchise. Nearing the end of May, the fourth and latest film addition of the beloved sci-fi franchise will open, and viewers are in for a sheer summer spectacle.
I think this movie got a bad rap. I think it was a good action film. The only thing it had going against it was that it was a terminator movie and it wasnt as good as the others.
Like hothandsmgee it's a good action film. But if you don't know much about the Terminator series then you prob. won't like it unless your big on action films. I think they fell short on the storyline, it was too much action, like the Wolverine movie. You can't have all action, you have to have a good storyline some drama like Terminator 1. I actually liked Land of the Lost instead of Terminator Salvation, hilarious. But overall Salvation was okay, 3 out of 5 I give it. I say this is better then Terminator 3 but 2 is the best. I didn't even see 1. I don't even remember a trailer or anything, I just youtube'd it. Terminator 1 was made in 1984, that's why lol. I'll have to check that out though.

I agree with otillatroya. Though, I haven't seen the latest movie, yet but it can't bad as the last 3rd movie. Even the tv series beats the 3rd movie, hands down.
