Anyone betting on this? I recently started capping this and wanted to see what everyone's thoughts were.

Everyone seems to like Doolittle to win it, even the judges. Lakisha is also a favorite but I don't think she will win. Blake Lewis is awesome and if he does more original stuff (like beat boxing with his singing) he could pull the upset.

I agree w/ your opinion on Blake Lewis. I bought a lot of Blake when he was +1100 and averaged down with more at +700. Even through a little on Sanjaya for kicks... and last night for the first time Doolittle receieved neg. feedback from judges so her odds dropped significantly so I bought some of her at -111 which i believe she was -155 a week ago? I figure i hedge myself w/ her or sell off my shares if she continues to tank.

If you can get Blake vs. Jordan (I missed it last night but blake was getting even money vs jordan -130 to last the longest...love blake on that matchup. I think blake wins AI this year...

I think he's the only one up there w/ real talent.. gl

I'm just sad that Haley Scarnato is gone. She was nice to look at. Wouldn't mind seeing her in Playboy?

I've liked Jordin from the first time I saw her auditon. Although I don't think she is currently the best singer in the competiton, she definatley has the most potential (only being 17)

Jordin was my favorite from the audtions as well.. Not so much anymore.

I don't follow this show except I sometimes watch the first round just for a laugh. This year I'm curious about the "vote for the worst" grass roots campaign that is backing Sanjaya. Any comments about this movement?

Another observation I made over the weekend is that Daughtry from last year's Idol has 2 hits in the pop top 5 this week. I think he sounds the same as every other pop band right now, but more power to him, I guess.
