Default AccuScore?

I stumbled upon this at espn.com and found it really intriguing. I was wondering if you all had any thoughts / Experience with this system. I think it could be a useful tool used in the future of handicaping. . .
Thanks, Here is the link for it , if your curious about it like me. does seem kinda pricey, tho.

I've used Accuscore in the past. Somedays they are really good and somedays they are really bad. They run simmulations on most of the games and give you the probability of one thing happening over the other. It's just a tool. They don't make picks for you.

Default Accuscore only simulates based on past statistics

The service is a good one, but is based only on simulations using past statistics. It is no surprise that their predictions come so close to the actual line. The actual lines are based on the same thing - past performance.

If you want to make money as a sport handicapper, you have to find things that are not included in the line -the types of things accuscore isn't gong to include such as motivation, or weather.

There is no question that wind in Baltimore frustrated the Pats passing game, and the first real cold game was a factor in the receivers dropping balls. Rain has been a big factor in Pittsburgh's games going under. Accuscore is not including this stuff. Neither is the line. So those who are expert in how weather effects games, make money every season, and some of these people have been putting up some nice posts here at SBR.

On espn.com i thought i read that if your are a ESPN INSIDER then you get this program with it. Does anyone know if this is true? Is it the full service? Because that would be alot cheaper

I guess that's correct louisvillekid cuz I have ESPN Insider and I have access to the accuscore. I hope that helps. It is worth it as extra help in capping but not for everything as stated by louis that it's only based on past stats.. GL

Default accuscore database

Did anyone happen to keep a database of AccuScore predictions since the beginning of this 08 NCAAF season?

I want to see how they're doing since the beginning of the season on ML, SP, OU. I'm thinking of testing a strategy using it and line movement, smart money and other indicators.

I only have the last two weeks recorded...
If I come up with anything meaningful, I will post.

Thanks!

Well, I can't go back and place those bets, I just want to see some of the predictions it made for the early games in the season.

Here is a link to their archives/records page:

http://accuscore.com/accuscore%27s-accuracy/

If I am reading their "Gambling Accuracy" charts correctly they have been profitable in every major pro and college sport (ATS/OU) for the last 3 years. If it looks to good to be true...

they seem to make it clear that apparently they know how to pick a side, but they don't make it clear on how to obtain that information.

Say I followed them in NFL only

2008
177
89
66.5%
First

I'd be up 79.1 units. Say your a penny betters your up $7910. This service only costs me $100?

I'm missing something because this sounds too good to be true.
