One major distraction for LSU this year was the status of their coaches with Miles agonizing over rumors he was leaving for his alma mater and large nose Bo P being hired as the Nebraska new head coach. Miles agreed to stay and Big Bo is dipping to Nebraska. OSU on the other will be looking for redemtion after last years sluggish effort in the BCS Championship game. Guys, I live in the middle of SEC land and the Buckeyes would love to quiet the critics who say the SEC is vastly superior in the speed department. LSU is the first two loss team to play for a BCS Championship and even though they are ranked #2 behind OSU, they find themselves favorites??? To me for betting purposes it boils down to this...the underdog has won 5 out of the last 7 championship games. This game will be won on the line of scrimmage and the Buckeyes defense and OL will win this battle which will eventually lead to winning the ultimate war. I'm taking OSU and the points all day because at the end of the day, I feel strongly that OSU is gonna win this one outright.

Already put 5 units on LSU at -4, I'm going to wait and see if more people bet OSU to get the line down. If by some miracle it gets to -3 I will sell my house and put it down. LSU too fast and healthy. I think their 2 quarterback system will keep OSU defense confused and will wear them out.

Im not high on the Buckeyes, but I hate LSU. Never been high on them. Never been impressed. Never beaten anyone convincingly other than that VTech game, to my knowledge.

LSU -4.....they started the year #2 Ohio St #11...only losses in triple OT...and they haven't been this healthy since earlier in the season when their defense was very good and they have their #1 QB back as well. Ohio St didn't come close to playing the kind of schedule LSU did and last years loss will have Ohio St coming out a little tight....they won't want another bad game where as LSU has no such worries...

U of M won because Carr's last game and nothin to lose attitude. Big 10 not as good as SEC and it will show. Watch for a tight game. Playin 1 unit on LSU and one on the under 47. GL all.
