Default Rice +7000?

Bookmaker has them +7000, is that right? I wonder if they would pay if you hit it?

Yep. 5Dimes has Rice at +7500. Another huge ML is on Syracuse +8000. You can even parlay the two at 5Dfor 6000-1 odds. And yes I believe they would pay if this should hit. Then go out and buy a lottery ticket because lady luck would certainly be on your side.

PS Check payout limits if you're thinking about hitting Rice ML hard.

No problem. You stand to win $7k at Bookmaker or 7.5k at 5Dimes. Both places will cover your bet on Rice.

Texas can be beaten so its not a bad bet. This is a terrible match up because Texas only has to hand off to win.

John,

I agree that Texas can be beaten. Heck, except for a late fumble, they may have lost last week... But not by Rice!

Rice can cause problems for UT but I dont think they will win, They run an offense that UT will not be used to but they should be able to adjust and Rice just does not have the athletes plus I dont want to be able to say if Rice Beats UT that Rice is better than TCU....That would suck

Wont cap this one but I would agree Rice will be able to move the ball with their new motion spread or whatever they call it. If they could stop the run they'd have a punchers chance. Tex will have 400+ yards rushing and the starters will be showered an dressed by the 4th qtr. Their will be other chances to play long dogs against this Tex team. Baylor maybe?

You guys are out of your minds. Rice is one of the 5 worst teams in the country. The idea that they would roll into Austin as 38 pt dogs and beat Texas straight up is improbable. Save your money and consider other dogs that have chances to win outright (i.e. Notre Dame, Memphis, Washington, Connecticut, etc....) Rice and Syracuse have no shot at winning their games and will be lucky to lose by less than 3TDs.
