Consensus?? where were these best made? I guess I may have missed past threads which explain where the data comes from.

I notice the purdue line went from 7 to 6.5 indicating someone must have bet Toledo.

Sportbook gives it too, but don't have NCAAF consensus up yet. You can also go to Wagerline to get a consensus as well.
