Boise St finishes #__?
My sentimental favorite. Assuming Fla holds, Boise only BCS team to finish undefeated and their conference held its own this bowl season... Would be great to see them play this Gator squad.

#3.
Even though I hate USC, I think they finish #2. Behind Florida, if they hold on to this game.

I agree, I think they should be #2.
USC had 2 losses to mediocore teams, and Boise St. crushed one of those 2 teams this season as well.

We'll never know, but I think Boise beats Florida if they play. I still don't know how good Florida is, I just know that Ohio State sucks. Big time. I hope Troy Smith is a 2nd round pick now. Seriously, do you trust that guy to lead your NFL team in a big game?

Let's no go overboard. It was a 20-1 shot that Boise beat Oklahoma - in a game in which every call went Boise's way and Paul Thompson looked like he had a dime on Boise.

Boise 2 and USC 3. Their performances vs. common opponent (Oregon State) is the tiebreaker.
Good Luck to All

The way USC handled Michigan you just have to put USC at #2.

I think they deserve to be #2, they haven't lost a game all year and they played great in their bowl game. USC lost to two teams that were bowl teams but two losses wouldn't make sense to put them #2 at all. If I had anyone else at the #2 slot it would be Wisconsin.

Let's not forget the conference that Boise St played in and the one that USC and Louisville played in. I would rate Boise probably #5....

As I posted in another thread:
Ohio State #2 is a FARCE! LSU is loaded, but the bottom line is they lost 2 games. I would have to rank undefeated Boise State that quieted sceptics by scoring 46 points vs. an Oklahoma defense that was playing as well as any in the country at the time #2.

Have they not learned after Jason White, Ken Dorsey (i think he won the year Miami lost), and even Reggie Bush (remember that fumble pitch against Texas), that they should wait until AFTER the full season to give out the Heisman???
