I originally liked Texas to bust Ohio State but the line movement is freaky. From -10 down to -8 and 70% on Texas. I will do a little more research and post tomorrow. I might even pass on the game.

I'm thinking the same exact thing, you read my f***** mind, as I was on Texas early as well. This line movement is very scary!!! I also don't think we took into consideration enough, the fact that to Texas this is essentially a piece of s*** bowl for them, considering the circumstances.

I may stay away and just watch. BOL

I know bro. McCoy said he was shooting racoons and shit with his friends instead of watching the Oklahoma vs. Oklahoma St. game back in November. He said that was beacuse they had beat them both. That casual way of looking at it makes me think Texas might be somewhere else mentally tomorrow and Ohio State will be ready for them.

The more I think about it, the more I believe passing is the best play tomorrow.

I'm putting small cash on Ohio............I think they are due. Texas is in this to play out there season. Ohio is out to prove to america it can play on the big stage. One more lose by a big 12 team in a bowl and their program will be looked at with a lot of negativity...........Tressell may even be looked at?

Not telling you what to do Cheme82, but a lot of Big Boys over here are slamming Ohio St.

Come to think of it, what good defense has Texas played this year??? Is this a huge game for Texas and are they thrilled to be playing OSU??? OSU has a dual threat now at QB, and Texas doesn't really have much a defense. They've looked soft at certain times this year in several games vs. inferior teams with a lack of talent.

After a lot of reading I decided to play Ohio State +9 small. I originally liked Texas a lot but the line movement freaked me out. The last time I went against reverse line movement this happened:

USF @ Cinci, **** the reverse line movement.

Also the motivation factor is a concern after watching what happened to Alabama.

Ok so this is it, one more game and college football is done for a few months. I've had a pretty good season so far, hitting almost 60% and up 120 units on straight wagers (I started with 100 units on my bankroll so I have almost doubled it so far after taking into account the 23.5 units I dropped on college teasers). I will make some changes next season on the way my thread and picks are presented.

First, I will have a season long thread. I will post my bankroll and my bets will be posted with the exact amount that I am risking and at the exact odds that I am getting. So basically my thread will contain all my accounting including my updated record and bankroll. The record and bankroll will be updated at the end of each day that I have plays.

My last play was posted a few days ago Florida -2.5 (-120) 15, I am bumping that play to 25 units as I have followed the line and done more research and everything points to a Florida win and cover.

Allright guys, this is it for college football. Here is to a very profitable season
I ended the bowl season 8-4 +69 units.

I was 50-36 (58%) on straight wagers for +145.35 units
I was 2-4 (33%) on teasers for -23.5 units

So in total I made 121.85 units of profit in college football this year. My initial bankroll was 100 units so basically i did a little better than doubling my bankroll which is always my goal on each sport i gamble on every season.

Next season I will do one season-long thread where I will post my picks and I'll try to post some analysis every now and then to make it more fun. I will also post my initial bankroll and the exact amount of each of my plays because my plays are always a % of my bankroll so that way i can keep track of where I am at any point in the season to the penny.

Thanks to everyone that was supportive and helped me this year. Thanks to all the people that work hard on their picks and post them for free for all of us to have second opinions on. This site is great and I exhort any handicappers that are new to the site (and even the ones that are not new) to keep an up to date record on their picks in all sports and to update this record as this is really helpul to the people that want to tail picks and also to other handicappers looking for people with skills and credibility to compare our opinions with.

In other words, an updated record separates the ones that take this seriously and put time and effort into it from the people that use the word "lock" on all their picks and don't know what they are doing.
