Default 1 Bowl Game Worth Investing In

after looking at the list this is the only one that caught my eye worth betting on i normally do not wager post season in any sport because it is hard to find value, and teams have their backs against a wall. but i like this matchup

central michigan/-6
florida atlantic ranked 97th/with a sos of 115
model shows c.mich should win by -7/-10 its tight but a gap otherwise holds my intrest cmich is 59th with a sos of 77

what do you guys think??

I cannot even figure out conference games involving MAC teams and sunbelt teams let alone a game where they play each other.

good luck with the Chips.

actually its most likely the best bet bet your going to find.

think about it trying to handicap closer ranked teams, and sos #'s has no value just as any pre-season game in any sport exept mabye totals

lean to FAU here...just can't justify laying a TD with CMU's defense, even if it is essentially a home game...

My comment was about my ability to cap that game between the MAC team and the Sunbelt team. I have little doubt that there are people out there who can do that better than I. While I agree with you that these are the types of games where you can find more edges over the line probably ... it has not worked out that way for me personally. I wasn't arguing otherwise.

best of luck with your cmich play. They should wint hat game but after watching that defense all year I am not sure i would even feel safe with a 17 point lead after 3. Although , USM made the class of the sunbelt look pretty bad sunday night.

good luck Accusucks

dont bank on it... i plan on fau winning this game. where have the owls loses come from... @texas, @michigan state, and @ minnesota, all of which are strong schools. CMU is coming off 2 loses to end their season while FAU dominated conference play in the second half of the season winning 5 of their last 6. at the very least, i see fau covering -6. Schnellenberger loves to run a flashy offense, and it being a bowl game, expect ot see trick plays and a run and gun offense to try to attract recruits away from UF and FSU... it will be a high scoring game with, i think, the owls on top in a similar scenario to the new orleans bowl last year

Just an opinion and it really doesn't mean much. While anything can happen and in bowl games it's much more about who really wants to play more than who is the better team Central Michigan should be an easy play in this game. It is true they have a defense that keeps alot of teams hanging around but they have an offense that just keeps putting points on the board. FAU has had a game or two this season when they looked like the team many thought they would be this season but those glimpses were few and far between. It will be interesting to see if FAU actually has a speed advantage in this game but I think your investing in this lone game is a good choice.
