I played Texas -13.5 (bought the point to bring it down to two scores). There is a really good analysis on this particular game at www.covers.com. It is worth the read if you have some time. The analysis concludes Texas giving the points.

I like Texas. Kansas runs the spread but not like Texas Tech. Texas did good against TT and should handle Kansas easily. I lik'em big 45-20

Yeah, I don't see any reason why Texas doesn't handle Kansas just as easily as Texas Tech did...
