Laxdjock's College Picks (23-10 ATS)
I was roughed up a bit tonight (Won C. Michigan & +4 & Kent Pk, but lost both of my 2H bets). I'm hoping to turn it around this weekend. I'm still working on a few things, but I should have some picks up by tomorrow.

Play #1: VTech ML (+155) v. U of Miami (parlay w/ NY Jets ML)
+4.5 is a gimme, but I thought the ML had enough value to give up those pts. Both lines have dropped in the last few minutes....VTech was at +183, and Jets were at +140 or so.

Just my 2 cents...... That Texas/KU line looks to dang easy. KU got smashed at home by TT and only getting 13.5 form a team that most say should be in NC game and is equally as good as TT. Now, if I remember right, KU has play Texas close in recent years? Right? This one is to good to be true. Texas is very good and they are one of those public teams. I am seeing 95% betting on Texas and giving the points.

it might have to do with colt mccoy being banged up. he's not injured but has taken a beating the last few weeks and isn't running nearly as much as earlier in the season. but i don't think that should be a factor in this game. ku's pass defense is awful and texas should easily cover

I think Tex is so much better than Kansas in all phases of the game, even if Colt only plays 3 Q's, they should be far enough ahead for it not to matter. I may double down if I can still get -13.5.

ATS Play #3: Florida -6.5 (-120) v. South Carolina
In the last 5 games UF has outscored their Opp. 80-0 (21-0, 7-0, 28-0, 17-0, 7-0) in the first quarter, included LSU #4, and UGA #6. They are the definition of a fast starting team. Payoff the higher vig and give the pts. ATS Play #4: Mizz -7 (+105) v. Iowa St. Mizz is another fast starting team, and Iowa St. is hoping to keep it close, but ultimately don't have the talent to hang in this game. Sitting at -7 isn't ideal, but I like that better than -14.5 (-115) 1H or -26.5 (-110) for the game, just in case Iowa St. decides to show up today.
