They are highly ranked in many areas NATIONALLY.
--------Top 10 here, Top 10 over here----------- They can stop the run, and pass! Just look at the statistical rankings. This is the best NI football defense EVER! - Also Dan Lefeavour the QB for Central Michigan IS STARTING. This kind of worries me that they are going into a big game with a QB that hasn't played in a while. The backup QB isn't bad. He won weekly awards already. He just doesn't have the running style as Dan. Maybe taking the spread is the way to go |

rainy and cold means nothing
I'm just wondering how others feel about the NI defense. You think Central Michigan won't score 3 TD's against Ni? |

also remember Central has 10 players down with injury

Why do you pick C.Michigan over 22.5 in the other thread when you are saying here how good N. Illinois defense is and C. Michigans QB hasn't played in a while.

I still like the over 48 in this game, it should be close though.

that's my point!
Central Michigan though has a very good backup QB. He is up for some weekly awards already, and received MAC awards. 22.5 seems kind of low though no matter how good NI defense it. My view on the huskies D is can they win the entire game. Not the fact they can prevent C.Mich from scoring 23 points for a winning bet. thoughts? |
