It was down to - 5.5 at several shops for about a half an hour, and I grabbed it. That number no longer is available. In my opinion I would still take it @ -6 now. The dust is settling down now, and I think it may rise back up to where it opened.

The public perception is that the Juice is the cat's meow. Bronco's exposed this team last week. I'm not one that believes that OS is anything special, but they are certainly better than a 9 point favorite. I think Ohio St. Romps in this one.

I agree with all of those statements bud...just tough laying close to double digits in conference in the Big 10, as a lot of things have to go right in order for you to cover...it did definitely appear to me last week that Tressel was running up the score for style points in the BCS, so at least you have that going for you should they be in that position again this week...

As you know I fully respect your opinion. Having said that Zookie's boys are on a road to nowhere. As you mentioned Tressel will definetly be using this game for "style points", which makes the case for pilling it on.

I think the Tulsa vs. Houston game is going to be a great game to watch, but not necessarily to bet...I have no opinion on the Kentucky game although I do like the way Cobb played last week...hope this helps you...GL with what you decide...

i just keep saying how Houston has shown consistently to be a second half team and tulsa will outscore them easily in the first half, its a matter of if they catch up to win the game but definately tulsa in the first half.
why dont you play totals, just not your style of capping i guess?

well, I usually don't make a whole lot of plays in the MAC or Sun Belt...so I follow all of the other conferences very carefully...I'm pretty selective when it comes to play CUSA, WAC and Pac 10 interconference games, although I do tend to play teams from these conferences in non-conference games...also fairly selective when it comes to Big 10 and MWC interconference games but I do play games from those two more often than the previously three mentioned conferences...leaves me making most of my plays in the Big 12, ACC, Big East, ACC and SEC...hope this helps...

thats kinda funny, i'm superstitious about gameday too. if my dog watches a play, the team i'm rooting for ends up throwing an interception or fumbling, its happened all 3 times she wandered in! my dog is not allowed in the tv room now...

I'm on the money train again this week Pags. Really like all your plays. I feel Rutgers has a great shot at pulling off the upset and taking this one SU. The Navy play makes me a bit nervous, but I'm getting 4.5 right now with them and I cannot trust Notre Dame at all this year anyways. Air Force is another strong play I agree with today, BYU doesn't travel well, 0-4 ATS this year.
Another game I like today is Indiana +35, after Penn St. loss to Iowa last week, which dashed their hopes of playing for a National Championship. 35 points is alot to cover for a team that lost a ton of momentum last week.
