With all that is going on at Tennessee, can they win this game by 28? Wyoming has a hard time scoring on the road, but all they need to do is put up 13 on Tennessee, because I don't see Tennessee scoring more then 27. So they would have to shut out Wyoming to push this game, I feel anyway.

Don't forget Northern Illinois held Tenn to 13 points in Knoxville and then got destroyed by Ball State. I like Wyoming to cover this.
