I rarely do NCAAF. Need help on: FSU @ NCST
Someone said if the line doesn't move, follow the money. I want to do this game tonight and need help. I want to do the parlay ATS & Over/Under. What do you suggest?

I would suggest a no play. The BYU/TCU game is the better bet IMO. Shouldn't bet FL State to cover double digits on the road, but shouldnt bet NC State to cover either
