Penn St -23. Michigan is in shambles... they have displayed some of the worst play I have seen in a very long time. They beat wisconsin (which looking back) is not nearly the team everyone thought they were....

If you take +23 you are only doing so because the team is "Michigan" and you just have to pinch yourself and remember how horrible they are this year.... while it is a lot of points... just look at what Penn St did to Wisconsin last week.

Penn St is only getting better.

Michigan is finding ways to be worse.

I'm taking Penn St. even laying that huge chalk. Michigian has proven this year to be absolutely horrible. They lost at home to Toledo for god sakes. and this isnt any of those decent toledo teams of old...This Toledo team lost at home to FIU.

Michigan probably will not score in this game, so the bet is Penn St. -23. Penn st. went on the road last week played in wisconsin and won by 40 something.

I think Penn St might be looking ahead to playing Ohio St the following week. I might take my chances with the points, even though I had Michigan when they made that comeback and beat Wisconsin. So anything is possible.

I just got Michigan(+25) -115 from BetJam. This is one of those look ahead games for Penn St. and you know how those end up. Penn isn't concerned with Michigan and are only thinking of OSU.
