Are there any safe O/U plays for the 12:00 games?

i'm looking at nev/mizzou under 70. supposed to rain pretty hard all day and nevada's top rb lippencott is done for the year. leaning towards ncst/clem over 44. i see clem just absolutely thrashing nc st after the alabama debacle.
