I just want to say that I love the Greeks Saying in the corner of the flashy website. Sweat the game not the payout. Ha What a %^&*ing joke that is. I have used BetJam for a while with no problems until recently. Recently I cashed out 200...yes 200...not 2,000 not 20,000. I cashed the check on the 18th and yesterday the check bounced. Good thing I already spent the $. So I called them and they act like its unheard of and blah blah balh prove it.....total bs. Now they are making it my job to track down my own money and prove to them it bounced. I sent them a statement of the $ being returned but aparently they want more. So I cashed it out on the 15th and i probably won get my money until after the 30th and I have ZERO faith ever cashing a check from them again. Needless so say I paid 35$ to cash out in the first place. TOTAL JOKE--FIND A BETTER BOOK IF YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I plan on it

Sorry to hear about that, did you file a complaint here on SBR?

I have never had a single issue with BetJam or TheGreek. I just cashed a check from them on the 5th.....not a single problem.

Sorry to hear what happened----if I were you I would call BetJam back. Their CS is usually top notch.

This is why I avoid check payouts whenever possible. Costs more but is hassle free.

I've never had a problem with their payouts, but I've noticed the last few days that their website has been a lil wonky. Like right now I bring up list of College Football and it won't let me scroll down and see all the games.

Martin, No I didnt file a complaint here. Dont really know the process. They have been BS'ing me completely EVERY time i call. I called my bank and had them e-mail me a copy of the returned check, which I sent to BetJamaica. I called after sending and they dont know anything. .....being processed sir...I say how long...she says? who knows not sure sir..maybe a few days...call back......I mean are you kidding me? They dont have a problem taking my card# and debiting my account . That sure dosent take a few days.....its just bs...im as honest of a customer as you get and i feel completely disrespected....

Especially for the fact i was given the credit for the check by my bank only to have it removed later.....betjam aparently knew there was a problem with the check....but I have to prove it.....ohhh problems switching processors sir ..so sorry...but prove it..."...obv they can just void the check....35$ fee for this bs...what a joke....mikail your right....cash only from now on..

Call the 800 number and ask for Herman or Scotty, don't talk to a CS rep, those guys are above board and will help you out.

I have never talked or placed a wager with a CS, it has always been with those two guys from the git-go, I've had an account there for 3 years and never ever had a problem.
