    Default Air Force 5-1 vs San Diego State 3-2

    I have looked at this game since tuesday afternoon and I am still scratching my head. I know it is only October but they must have reschedueled Christmas for this weekend. I will probably only play 4 or 5 games on Saturday but this is my strongest play by far. Air Force is toting a 5-1 record, the number one running offense in the country and has this last warm up game before going on to play TCU and Utah. There only loss is coming to Oklahoma. The thing that I love about this game more than that is that SDSU primarily goes through the air and Air Force is number 8 in the country in passing defense. Again I dont understand this one at all. SDSU just came off a horrible loss to BYU on the road last weekend 24-21. BYU is absolutely horrible this year. I didn't see the game but did see BYU get the tar beat out of them by Utah state the week before. This SDSU team has three wins to Nicholls state, New Mexico state (the worst team in college football) and Utah State. The only plus for this team is there passing game which is ranked number 21 in the country against very sub-par teams. The only thing that might happen is that Air Force might be overlooking this one before the next two weeks on the road, but you have to remember this is a military school where focus and discipline is a huge issue and I dont see them overlooking this game.

    I like air force also but this line is definitely short which makes me hesitate. Also it opened at -3.5 so don't like the reverse line movement. Very fishy line. Hard to pull the trigger on it.

    SDSU is def the play. Bettors have a short memory and recall SDSU burying everyone against BYU. AFA is not nearly as strong on the road, and they are ranked. It all plays into a Vegas bloodbath. Almost the same situation as KST being such at such a low number against KU and many people bought into the home dog...

    I understand what you are saying Jester and I usually agrees if something looks to good to be true that it probably is but there is nothing that I have found or seen that indicates that SDSU can stay with Air force. I was not one of the suckers that took KU last night. You can go back on the forum and see that I had a couple of write-ups on how I thought that KSU was a kno brainer with the level of competition that KU had played against and we all see the result of that game. The reverse action opening up at 3.5 and now down to 1 makes me like this game even more. 7 times out of ten the public is wrong, hasn't been that way this week but I think they are getting it way wrong on this one.

    some injuries for Air Force and SDSU playing well at home so far....their 3-5-5 defense contained AF last season, even though they were -6 TO, but still lost by a close score

    or 3-3-5 defense... and its a good spot for them to got back on track. They have the speed to play with Air Force, and should look to be aggressive after last weeks loss

    RAS posted a play on SDSU that is why the line moved from +3 to 1. Most of his plays move 1 to 3 points
    Lean towards SDSU but wish I had the 3

    No sir, these guys aren't moving any lines like that. Even when Dr. Bob was the hot tout, he only occasionally moved a line by .5 to 1 at best. These guys look no better than any other tout service, which is not good.

    i just got done watching the air force weekly coaches press conference and from what i can hear from the coach he will not be looking past this game at all. He had nothing but praise for their quarterback and true freshman tailback. That was the only thing that I was worried about in this game, losing focus and looking forward to the next two weeks when they have to play utah and TCU.
