I would like to try and take $25 dollars and turn it into $5000 by the end of the college and nfl football seasons. I would like some feedback on the games you guys like and will be posting mine as well. I will be using Bookmaker as my source for the bets and will probably bet some MLB games as well. Early baseball game today! Like the Phils -180! Coming off a loss last night I think they understand they cant continue to give games away or they are going to look up and find out the season is almost over. I know the money line is high but it is worth the play!

200x initial investment is hard no matter what bankroll anyone starts with. But very good things do happen sometimes.

Definitely true about the bankroll but unlike a lot of guys I don't use a unit system! If I feel good about the game I will bet more than 50% of my total amount and if I don't feel real good about it I may only bet a small amount. So at any one time I may bet the whole amount which tends to get u there quicker!

I have seenhundreds of guys try to do this, and NONE have ever succeeded. Good Luck, but do not expect any success, especially if you are going to dump 50% of your money on a single game. The streets of Vegas are lined with homelesss people who had the same strategy.

I tell you what I will give it hell trying though. I know it wont be easy and it looks as if my first game is gonna lose but I will tell you this I will give you true results and use real lines! I get so freaking tired of reading these posts and people are betting games that are three points off the real line. Some of the lines are lower than what they even opened at. So if anything else you will get the TRUTH out of me and true records! I dont bet every game but I will give you a true account of whats going on. And I promise you this: I have enough money to bet and I wont blow it all until I go homeless! Peace!

Well I have made goos money on MLB baseball this year and I decide to start a post and what do you know: The damn Phillies lose four freaking games in a row to the hopeless Houston Astros! How the hell does this happen? So I bet half of my 25 on the the Phillies and I only have one option now: bet the other half to get back even!!!! So here we go Ill take the Padres at -170 for 12.50! Doesnt seem like a lot but when you start off in a hole you have to dig your way out! They are 5-0 in last five home games and 13-3 in last 16! They should easily take care of a Diamondbacks team who struggles to score runs! GOODLUCK!

You know thats another game I have seen both sides played and talked about! I posted on another website that I owuld stay away from the Michigam/UConn game also. May feel that way about this game? Seems to me the MIZZ blew them out last year and there is not a whole lot of talent coming back that makes me want to jump on the Illinois bandwagon?????????

So you wanna know how to lose games: start a thread! And you will go 0-2 on the night! Arizonia finally found same damn offense and scores 11 runs against a Padres team that looked uninterested!

So hear is the deal: I am gonna up my investment to 100 dollars and start again. I think this will still be difficult but I can still get it done. One thing I have figured out is baseball in August is as screwed up as anything u will ever bet on! So we will go again and I will try and make one big play a nite and see what happens!

Ok let's try it again. Haven't gotten to study as much today but it didn't seem to help yesterday so I am just gonna go with my gut today! 50 on the angles at -152! Pretty hood price to be playing against Baltimore! 25 on the braves. I know money line is high but they have to keep winning and distance themselves from the phillies! And 25 parlay with both teams! Don't normally like the parlay bc one team can ruin it but what the he'll gotta take some chances! Good luck!

I understand this is college football thread but in case u haven't noticied college football hasn't started so I even stated that I might pick baseball games until then! And to all the nay Sayers and haters: Are u mad bc you don't have the money to make this happen or what? I thought this post was to be positive? OK here we go again: 100 on yankees -125 against the a's! GREAT LINE for the best team in baseball and with the race being deadlocked I would bet my house on this game! there is no way the yankees lose this game at home! If they do this could spell the end for the season. You have to beat the teams your suppose to beat. So this 100 will double up and go a long way to starting my football picks on thursday!

Hey man its def possible and simething I'm going to be trying again this year. Last season in college football basketball and NBA I took initial deposits of 25, 25 and 50 and built them up to nearly a grand and more. You have to practice bad bankroll management to get it done but it's really exciting to see it grow. I've done all three time in about 5-7 days as well so once you get to a grand that's only another %500 gain as opposed to %4000 already accomplished. To do it in that short time frame parlays and teasers are a must through but I've fiund college football highly reliable and so starting with a small bankroll you can and should take those risks

My man. I hope you win. I really do. But, I think you need to start looking at who is pitching in these games of yours. There is a reason the Yanks are only -125 at home. Oakland has Trevor Cahill pitching tonight. If you don't know anything about Cahill let me help you out. He is 14-5, with a 2.43 ERA...and a WHIP at 1.00. He hasn't allowed more than 3 runs in his last 8 starts. In his last 9 starts, he has made it to the 7th inning in each game, pitching through the 8th in 6 of those 9 starts.

On the other hand, the Yanks are throwing Mosely. A young kid who has only made it past 6 innings once in his 6 decisions. He does have a nice win over Boston, but he has walked people in every start he has had.

I wish you luck, but if you were looking for value for you buck---you may have actually been better off with the under 5/innings or taking Oakland.

Footnotes. ARod is out obviously, and Texiera's thumb is now banged up he is doubtful.

Listen I understand completely what your saying: but here is the thing Cahill hasnt beaten anyone that I give two shits about and the fact that the Yanks have to win this series or there season could be over? I think they go out and get the job done. Mosley will be fine at home and I would take the Yanks minus Arod and Texiera against most teams! Just saying I think the Yanks know what time it is and they better step up and get this series or else they could be the wildcard team in the AL.

Gator welcome to SBR forum. Didnt take long before you were talking smack! HAHA. Just like a Gator fan! Just Kidding. No doubt Dion Lewis is a stud but if Utah's offense controlls the ball and throws it like they can Pitt will have no option but to throw the ball. Have you seen there quaterback? Its hard to run the ball if your down by ten or more! But I agree it could go either way. Utah's home record is good and I think traveling that far for Pitt could hurt the first week. So good luck I assume you will be betting Pitt?
