The best prices I found on that money line was at Matchbook and 5Dimes Lakerfan. According to SBRlines both of those books currently have Pitt at +4000

+3200 is the best odds for a moneyline that I see. Just bet heavy on the +29 if you are that confident.

Pittsburgh can't stop the run. WVA will run over them. Their QB won't be on the field enough to make a difference.
