I'm lovin this 4 straight days of good football. Thursday and Friday classes have taken a back seat, and I'm one day into a 4 day weekend.

Also, thank god for 11:00am starts. Plan on waking up at 10:55, claiming the tv and cracking a beer.

Anyways, any thoughts on this one? I feel like the consensus is on Central Michigan here, and I think it is the smart play. However, I also don't know why this total is so high. Currently sitting at 62.5, and most of the money is on the over?

Thoughts on why I shouldn't take the under would be greatly appreciated.

well definitely CMU is better...but just like last week, CMU has absolutely nothing to play for and the line is now adjusted to reflect that. Remember, they lost to EMU at home as -14+ favorites so that should give you an idea about their current state of mind.

That being the case, I doubt CMU wants to lose 2 in a row heading to the MAC championship game and Akron is not very good.

GL...lean to CMU but no play due to the meaningless game factor.

Nothing like an 8am game out here on the west coast...I'm on CMU as well...not playing the over/under though...taking CMU and also parlaying them with Texas ML for later in the day...

Yeah that is true but they also don't want to lose 2 in a row going into title game they want to have momentum. Chalk has actually won all week to be exact.

Just shows how bad the MAC is when a team that plays no defense is already assuerd a berth in the Championship Game. Central Michigan has actually allowed more points than they have scored this season, which you never like to see in a road favorite.
