I like doing +7 teasers. I'm taking Rutgers -12.5 and not sure about the o/u. What is a better play? Over 40.5 or under 54.5? It's possible Army doesn't score and the game goes under, but then Rutgers could put up 50 by themselves.

I doubt Rutgers will get anywhere near 50. Are they better than WF, BC, GaT? (see my post in the other thread on this game)
