Default Ohio St #1, Kansas #2 in my book.

I definetly agree with the number 2 ranked team. Kansas is a freakin' force this year, if they keep it up they should be playing in the BCS Championship game.

If you're logic is to reward teams for going undefeated regardless of their opponents, true talent, and strength of schedule, than your rankings are dead on the money.

If you're talking true talent if they were to all play on a neutral site, your #4 and #5 are the true two best teams in the country. LSU would beat Hawaii by 35, OSU by 21, and Kansas by 17 or so. Last year will play itself out all over again should OSU waste another spot in the national championship against LSU (and I'll put my money where my mouth is big time on that one). LSU and Oregon would make for a hell of a game. GL...

LSU has the talent to beat those teams by the spreads you mentioned but they don't play up to that level and I'd take all of them over LSU ATS.

Hawaii is probably not even one of the top 30 most talented teams

Nice season for sure, but they've played no one of any consequence as of yet. You can't even be serious about Hawaii. LoL.

LSU would NOT beat Hawaii by 35. Their once invincible defense has folded up and now gives up 30+ points regularly on teams that don't have Hawaii's offense. LSU would win, but it'd be a shootout the way their D has been playing.

It isn't Hawaii's fault that the big schools backed out on them and refused to play them.

You're right, but if you watch their play it's on par w/ any team out there (Kansas). We'll see next week when they play Oklahoma State (not a big match but still Oklahoma State can bring it) and more importantly in 3 weeks when they play Mizzou. If Mizzou doesn't lose between now and then and KU doesn't loose between now and then a win there should put KU well on it's way to BCS Championship Game.

As has been stated, Kansas hasn't beaten anyone of signifance this season. Oregon has wins over USC and Arizona State. They're my #2 right now.

Maybe Kansas can make it to the BCS game, maybe not, but I believe that selecting that pre-conference schedule should disqualify them, regardless how much they run up the scores.

If LSU were to play these same teams, how much more do you think they would beat each team by? In my mind, my Jayhawks have not had the "toughest" schedule, but they have also destroyed some of these teams that they have played. Nebraska might not be the best team anymore, but we put 76 points on the board.

KU will lose at least once, and probably twice. Don't see them getting into the big game.

KU has enough hitters in there to qualify, lets face it some of the teams they played were supposed to be better (NU for one). If they win out Big 12 Championship and all I think they goto the Championship game. Gonne be tough against Mizzou though (and that should be a damn good game for their strength of schedule).
