Charlie Weis....most OVERRATED coach in college football
I've never been a fan of FAT CHARLIE...not as Notre Dame's head coach or as offensive coordinator with Florida. When you have a coach who has to sit down during the games...just to get through the game...guessing there's a problem.
Well, Fat Charlie may win more than two games this season. His Kansas team has the most starters returning in the Big 12 and 9 of those are on defense.
Might be worth a look early...public sure as hell ain't going to bet them.
It's all about the scheduling, and this season, Kansas does not get the breaks that they got last season. Kansas covered 4 games last season. They covered at TCU as a huge dog. That game was a sandwich game for TCU after Oklahoma and before Okie State. They covered at home against Oklahoma, who was coming off a huge loss to arch rival Texas. They covered at Texas at +28, losing 35-13. Texas had them sandwiched in between two away games. Their final cover was an ouright win at home against a terrbile West Virginia team who was in the middle of a 1-6 S/U and ATS run. They play at Duke and there may be some value there, but that is about it as far as I can see.
