I like rutgers but can't believe how they folded last week against a weak syracuse team

I don't believe it to be a good bet at all. As noted, Rutgers is risky as there offense is one dimensional.

Rutgers is 4-4 ATS this year. A total crap shoot. Certainly not the team I would wager on.

this is what i find so frustrating about NCAAF betting. rutgers was probably one of the top 5 arguably "under the radar" teams before last week. and then gave unbelievably horrid performance.

so where do we stand now? no clue. need a really experienced bettor to have any idea.

and one thing i'm wondering about is really how "under the radar" they were. definitely to the uninformed and definitely not after ESPN announcer said as much late in big win vs. USF... don't get me wrong, i'm starting to question my perception of "under the radar" teams. i'm thinking you need to be pretty early without getting completely whipsawed all the time.

On paper, Rutgers looks like an easy bet against a crappy Louisville team. You never know what Rutgers team will show up though... some weeks they look fantastic (vs. South Florida), and sometimes they look like complete trash like against the 'Cuse.

In the end every pick is going to be a gamble anyway, so if you want to go with Rutgers I say go for it. I would much rather take Rutgers -3 than a horrible Louisville given 3 points any day.

Actually, the line has budged... only in the wrong direction.

Also, Tim Brown is Q for the game on Friday. Tom Savage (starting QB for Rutgers) has thrown 10 TD's this season, 7 of them have gone to the athletic Tim Brown. If Tim's ankle injury keeps him sidelined this Friday, look for the home dog to win this game outright on its Senior Day.

Rutgers will bounce back. Louisville is down and Kraigthorp in trouble. The locals are talking about buying out his contract. Don't expect much out of Louisville. Rutgers covers.

Tempted to take the over at the end of the first half on this one. Kind of play it by ear then go for the kill in the second half. Safe bet on this one is the over or the under.

why is this line only 3? regardless of which rutgers team shows up louisville is just bad

home team has won last 3 meetings (last 3 years). something stinks with this bet. rutgers smells like rutgers last week and we all know what happened there. i don't trust it so i'll pass.

    Thanks for the info.

Louisville and Auburn look like solid plays. Public is eating up Rutgers and Alabama, but the line is moving the other way....

Rutgers did not just lose to Syracuse, they go their tails kicked. Louisville defeated Syracuse. This game is a pass.

I am on rutgers thinking last week vs Cuse was just a bad week and not really how they play. their coach will have their attention this week as he is too good not to pick up the pieces.
