normally you would call time out earlier on 3rd down because they need a FG not a TD. Second you should already have your fg team ready to run out their while they are setting the chains. Third, if not then be ready to throw the fade when the ball is set. They fukked up 3 different ways, unreal.

absoloutely FH...no way this doesn't go down as among the most incompetent coaching jobs in the history of American Football.

I had Miss ML to keep my par alive, never expected such a gift, thought I had lost it at least 3 different times in the last 1:12.

How does a guy not lose his job over this?

I forget who it was against but with 1 second left and on about the opponents 30 yard line, only needing a FG to win, he opted to throw the ball and luckily for LSU the ball was caught and they won. I will never forget the complete astonishment I felt when he did that. I think they may have even been on the 20.

only the 2nd time I've seen it. 1st time was earlier this year UGA/ Tenn game at the half. Cox spiked the ball with 1 sec. coaches took full responsibility for it as they should have.

believe that was against Auburn. needed a FG to win but threw a bomb to the endzone instead.

dude, i had OLe MIss ML too, almost shit on myself 3 or 4 times in the last few minutes. I had a load riding on that ML.
